The hotel is very well situated next to central Puno, the rooms are a really good size and very comfortable. The staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were great with a wide range of choice.

The pictures correspond to the reality. Probably the best option in Puno. The staff informed us as we were charged twice and returned the money. In general they were very caring.

The staff were very nice and professional. I loved breakfast. the room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is huge. I did an early check in and also that day my room was cleaned. There was an extra blanket.

Great location in the centre of Puno. The room was clean and had an electric heater for the cold night. The reception staff was helpful. I also had a really nice massage! Highly recommended!

All of the staff was outstanding, they spoke enough English to be helpful and their attitudes were wonderful. Special note to Ronald who helped us line up taxi rides and gave us great restaurant suggestions. The property was very clean, the bed huge, the shower powerful and hot, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is very good.

Convenient to the train station . Rooms were roomy and clean. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly.

Aside the excellent facilities that this hotel presents, the staff were amazing and made my stay enjoyable. They demonstrated particular attentiveness and genuine care when I needed it the most, as I struggled with altitude sickness. A massive thank-you to Mirian, Maritza, Manuel and Ronald. The breakfast was very good and the team went above and beyond, ensuring I could have my breakfast in the early morning before the opening hours.

The hotel was in a perfect location, near many restaurants, shops etc. Breakfast was great, lots of choices of both food and drinks.
